Canopy

A bed canopy is a sheer fabric draped over the bed. Romantic and enveloping, it creates an intimate, cocoon-like space, much like a four-poster bed.

Ideally, the bed canopy should be installed above the bed, fixed to the ceiling or the headboard. Make sure it is well stretched and drapes evenly on the sides. Avoid placing it too low, as this risks creating a suffocating effect.
